Liquid Probiotic beneficial against CCRD infection
Composition
Contains Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus Probiotic organisms not less than 1.5 x 106 CFU/ml. Lactobacillus acidophilus not less than 1 x 102 CFU/ml.
Excipients –Q.S for stability.
Usage Benefits
- Very effective in cases where causative E.coli are found resistant to currently existing antibiotics or antibacterial drugs and can be used against gram negative pathogenic organisms as well as staphylococcus aureus infection.
- Useful for prevention and treatment of complicated chronic respiratory diseases ie CCRD of poultry caused by mycoplasma gallirepticum complicated with E.coli infections.
- This product has no ill effects on the body cells of host animals/birds and are thus safe to use.
Recommended dosage
During normal health:
60 ml / 1000 chicks ( 1st week) daily for 2 days.
80 ml / 1000 chicks (2nd week) daily for 2 days.
100 ml / 1000 chicks (3rd week) daily for 2 days.
120 ml / 1000 chicks (4th week) daily for 2 days.
Or as recommended by an avian nutritionist
To be given in drinking water.
During the outbreak:
50ml/500kg body weight/day for 5 days. Repeat the dose for 3 more days if disease still continues.
Or as recommended by an avian nutritionist
Dilute the product in clean water @ 10ml/lit of water and spray on the chicks/birds on litter lightly by
using NAPSAC spray machine with course nozzle.
