NBSPL Is incorporated under the companies act on seventeen March 2003, made a humble beginning in April 2003 & first sales were made to “ The Waterbase Ltd”, Chennai on 13th May 2003. Since then NBSPL has grown in leaps & bound and now spread into 20000 square feet land with the most ultra-modern International standard plant. NBSPL supplying its research-based products to all over India as well as exporting to Asia and African continents.
NBSPL is manufacturing high-quality nutritional animal feed supplements in dry and liquid form, using various combinations & concentrations of Vitamins, Minerals, Probiotics, Prebiotics, Enzymes, Amino Acids, Nutraceuticals for International as well as national customers. Recently NBSPL also developed a complete herbal division in which various research-based herbal premixes are developed for poultry, cattle & Aqua.

The Salient features:
- An ultramodern fully automatic facility (setup) in which right from raw material feeding to finished goods. the entire operation is in a closed environment, without touching human hands. The plant was built as per GMP specifications. Air Handling Unit (AHU)(Automatic temperature, moisture, dust controller system Separate AHU-Air Handling Units for Packaging, Manufacturing and Charging, Automatic liquid filling line, Automatic dispatch system, Fully Automatic PLC based Liquid manufacturing facilities, Advanced solution based dispatch facilities, Form -Fill – Seal (FFS) machine, Conveyors, Special stainless steel equipment, Digital weighing machines, Augur fillers, continuous sealing machines, Variable speed drive.
- Developing & manufacturing various combinations of vitamins & minerals including Chelated Minerals are our expertise.
- Technically qualified & well-experienced directors with a specially trained staff made “Nutri Bio-Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” a technically sound & highly competitive organization.
- Manufacturing various combination of Pre-biotics, Pro-biotics Enzymes, Amino Acids, Immunity Booster, Nutraceuticals, etc.
- A well-equipped advance analytical laboratory(Dry and Wet) setup including HPLC, UV Photo spectrometer.
THE ACTIVITIES:
- Customized (Tailor-made) Premix division: Specialised & research-based products are developed considering customer’s requirements, type of raw material used, environmental conditions, etc. These specialized products are exclusively supplied to the individual customers keeping their composition secret. Special emphasis is given to developing indigenous, herbal based and natural products.
- Contract / Loan license manufacturing division: Various products are made on a contract manufacturing basis for various multinational & national veterinary pharmaceuticals.
- Research & Development: Full-fledged R & D center is established under which various researches are conducted. Some of our key areas of research are:
- Developing new products depending on market needs.
- Developing new manufacturing processes.
- Conducting basic research on cow urine & cow dung.
- Developing encapsulation process using nanotechnology.
- Already received Government of India approval for R&D unit.
